Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. Sending an inquiry does not create a construction contract.

1. Agreement
By using this website you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The site is published by Spiders & Termites Construction Ltd, Kigali, Rwanda. Contact: info@spidersandtermites.com, +250 788 000 000.
2. What this website is for
This website presents our construction company: services, selected projects, team, gallery, location, and a way to request a quote or contact us (including WhatsApp). It is an information and inquiry channel, not an online shop or a signed contract portal.
3. Project inquiries are not contracts
Submitting the contact form, sending WhatsApp messages, or emailing us is a request for information. It does not award work, reserve a start date, or create a construction, design, or consultancy contract.
Any prices, timelines, or scopes we discuss after an inquiry are estimates until both parties sign a written agreement. Photographs, statistics, and project descriptions on the site are illustrative of past or typical work and are not a guarantee of a specific result for your site.
4. Your responsibilities when you contact us
You agree that information you send through the form or other channels is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you have the right to share it. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, or confidential material that you are not authorised to disclose.
We may refuse, archive, or delete inquiries that appear abusive, spam, or unrelated to our services. Automated or excessive submissions may be rate-limited.
5. Website content and intellectual property
Text, photography, video, logos, and layout on this site belong to Spiders & Termites Construction Ltd or our licensors, unless stated otherwise. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not copy our branding, project images, or site code for commercial use without written permission.
Partner logos appear to acknowledge relationships or past collaboration. Their presence does not mean those organisations endorse every statement on this site.
6. Third-party services
Parts of the experience are provided by others:
- Google Maps for office location
- WhatsApp for chat
- Social platforms linked from the footer and contact section (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X), when those URLs are published in our settings
Their terms and privacy rules apply when you use them. We are not responsible for content or availability on those third-party sites.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access. We may update services, projects, team listings, and other content at any time. Staff use a private admin area to manage that content; unauthorised access to that area is prohibited.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Rwandan law, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, including reliance on published descriptions, maps, or inquiry delays. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law, or liability under a separate signed construction contract.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Rwanda shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
10. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the website evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The “Last updated” date appears at the top of this page.
